Toronto Street Workout offers both indoor and outdoor calisthenics and fitness training across the Greater Toronto Area, welcoming participants of all skill levels.Our programs focus on mastering fundamental and advanced bodyweight movements, drawing from calisthenics, gymnastics, acrobatics, and functional strength training. Through structured, progressive training, we help members build strength, full-body control, flexibility, mobility, balance, coordination, and explosive power. Led by experienced coaches, our classes, workshops, and training sessions aim to foster a supportive community while promoting bodyweight mastery, strength, and mobility in an accessible and encouraging environment.
